Upstairs, a stylish retreat awaits with sweeping views, a generous corner sofa, and another Smart TV - ideal for quiet conversation, laid-back film nights, or simply soaking in the scenery.

A cosy double room offers the same thoughtful touches, while the versatile bunk room — filled with books and games — is designed to suit both younger visitors and adults alike.

A second bathroom features a full-size bath with shower over - ideal for a long soak or a quick refresh - while the third offers a walk-in shower and warm, modern touches.

Outside, a hot shower awaits for rinsing off after salty swims or sandy strolls, bringing a little luxury to seaside living. Soft towels, hand soap, and all essentials are provided, so you can simply step in and unwind.

You'll find everything you need - from glasses and crockery to a large Dualit toaster, Nespresso machine, and dishwasher with tabs included. A double sink, AEG microwave, larder fridge, and upright freezer complete the space. Nearby, a spacious table for ten sits beneath stylish lighting, framed by expansive views - perfect for long breakfasts, lively dinners, and everything in between.

Outside space

A calm, practical outdoor area wraps around the house, shaped for slow mornings, sandy returns from the beach and days that begin or end on the water. Out front, a large wooden picnic table looks straight out to sea, giving plenty of room for breakfast in the sun or an easy supper as the light fades. There is parking for up to three cars, with level access to the house and the kit store.

A secure, weather‑sheltered store provides space if you would like to bring kayaks or bikes, making it easy to keep equipment dry and organised throughout a stay. A wood store sits alongside it, kept fully stocked so there’s no need to bring logs from home. After time on the water, a hot outdoor shower sits in a private, sheltered corner, next to a deep basin with hot water for rinsing wetsuits, boots and sandy gear before heading indoors.
